Transparent data processing
Privacy information
This information describes the functions of this website: enquiries, protected documents and optional local storage.
1. Data controller and contact
The data controller is JK FLADE Praha s.r.o., Donská 275/9, Vršovice, 101 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic. For privacy enquiries, please contact us at info@immobilien-recycling.de.
2. Your property sale enquiry
We process the contact and property details you enter, selected problem situations, optional descriptions and uploaded documents. Your name, email address and the full property address are required to process your enquiry. The form cannot submit an enquiry without these details. Other property details, files and consent to use and sharing with selected partners are optional. Consent is not required for necessary processing of your enquiry; the legal bases are described below.
Your first explicit click on “Send contact details & continue” submits the partial enquiry. Only after that do we save additional information as you enter it and, where possible, when you leave the page. Abandoning the form later does not delete an enquiry already submitted. Before the first submission, contact details that you have merely entered are not sent to us.
We use the information to process your enquiry, contact you and prepare for a potential purchase. The legal basis for steps taken at your request before entering into a contract is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For enquiries submitted by authorised agents or representatives, our legitimate interest in assessing and processing the offer under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR also applies where necessary. There are no automated purchasing decisions and no profiling.
3. Protected files and recipients
Enquiries and files are stored with access protection on the hosting platform. Email notifications go only to info@immobilien-recycling.de and include protected download links. The inbox and file downloads are accessible only to the website owner.
We may use property information to assess and prepare its disposal or development and present it to selected partners. The limits described below and your voluntary consent determine the scope. An enquiry is not automatically advertised publicly and does not create a brokerage instruction or a fee obligation.
Technical service providers process data for hosting, access protection, storage and email delivery. This website uses OpenAI ChatGPT Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure and protected R2 file storage, as well as STRATO webspace and mail transport. Technical access and connection data may be processed, including IP address, time, requested path and browser information. These serve availability, security and troubleshooting; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Hosting and security services may process data outside the EU or the EEA. The applicable provider agreements and, where relevant, safeguards under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR are decisive. This website makes no claim that storage is exclusively within Europe. Information about the platform used is available in the OpenAI privacy policy and the Cloudflare privacy policy.
4. Cookies and local storage
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers. Images, fonts and scripts are loaded from this website. The hosting platform requires technical functions for sign-in and access protection. Strictly necessary storage on your device is governed by section 25(2) TDDDG; merely continuing to use the website is not treated here as consent to advertising.
A form draft is saved locally only when you explicitly click “Also save on this device”. It may contain contact details and a request key. The information banner stores its acknowledgement locally; you can reopen it using “Cookie information” in the footer.
Deleting a local draft does not remove an enquiry already submitted. On shared devices, you should avoid the optional local storage and delete saved drafts after use.
When you change languages, the browser temporarily retains your form details and, where applicable, the enquiry key in session storage so you can continue in the same tab. Restoration is limited to 30 minutes; after that, the intermediate form state is no longer restored. Files that have not yet been uploaded are not retained and must be selected again.
5. Retention period
We retain enquiry information and documents for as long as they are required to process the enquiry, prepare a possible agreement or fulfil legal obligations and pursue or defend legal claims. When the purpose no longer applies and there is no other legal basis, the data are deleted. Separate email correspondence is subject to the applicable retention requirements. Technical providers may set their own retention periods for operational and security data.
6. Your rights
Subject to the conditions prescribed by law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent with effect for the future. Contact: info@immobilien-recycling.de.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly where you live or where the suspected infringement occurred. For the company’s registered office in the Czech Republic, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů is the competent authority.
7. Information about other people
Please redact tenant names, contact details and other personal information in documents where they are not needed. Do not upload health data. Describe tenancy problems and building damage factually and without unnecessary information about third parties.

Property data: use, sharing with partners and withdrawal
Processing your enquiry and anonymised information
We process your contact and property details to handle your enquiry and prepare a possible purchase contract on the legal bases stated above. You do not need to tick a consent box for this. We may use genuinely anonymised, non-personal property information to assess and prepare disposal or development and present it to selected partners. GDPR consent is not required for this.
Removing names alone is not sufficient to anonymise data. Exact addresses, distinctive photos, land register details and combinations of details may identify owners or residents. Without consent, such features must be removed or generalised before external presentation until identification by reasonably available means is no longer possible. If this is not possible, we do not share this information on that basis.
One voluntary consent to use and sharing with partners
By selecting the single, unticked checkbox, you consent to JK FLADE Praha s.r.o. using necessary property details and redacted documents to assess and prepare disposal or development, and sharing them with selected partners. The legal basis for this additional processing of property details that may be linked to you is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. This includes the exact property address in particular. A direct purchase assessment remains available without consent; external presentations are limited to genuinely anonymised information.
The purpose is to assess and prepare the financial and construction-related disposal or development of the property. This includes property assessment, investment evaluation, evaluation of development options, and financial, construction and architectural project planning. Selected partners comprise potential buyers and investors, cooperation partners and property developers, and architects and construction planners engaged for the specific property. Only information necessary for this purpose is presented.
Your names, private contact details and personal information about tenants, co-heirs or other third parties are excluded from this consent. Any link to you arising from the property address or the building itself is covered by the consent. Your consent cannot replace other people’s rights. Use for unrelated purposes, contact advertising or publication on public property listing portals is excluded.
Consent applies to the additional use and sharing by JK FLADE Praha s.r.o. It is not a blanket legal basis for recipients’ own processing. Independently responsible partners need their own appropriate legal basis and must meet their information obligations. If they intend to rely on consent, they will be specifically identified in advance and the necessary separate consent obtained. Any required safeguards for transfers outside the EU or EEA must also be assessed.
Uploaded images and documents are not automatically anonymised. They may only be used within the scope of your rights and must be appropriately redacted before sharing in accordance with your consent choice.
Withdrawal and evidence
You can withdraw consent at any time for the future using the “Withdraw consent to sharing with partners” button for your saved enquiry, by unticking and saving the checkbox, or by emailing info@immobilien-recycling.de with your request reference. The lawfulness of earlier processing remains unaffected. After withdrawal, we stop new processing on this basis. Where required, recipients are informed; affected personal documents must be deleted unless another legal basis applies. Genuinely anonymous information is not subject to this right of withdrawal.
We store your choice with a server timestamp, language and version of the displayed declaration. Changes and withdrawals are logged as evidence. Earlier enquiries do not acquire new or expanded consent through this wording change. Evidence is retained for as long as necessary to meet legal evidence requirements and clarify possible claims.
